  SNS柔性防护网系统施工方法及技术措施 
  1、清除边坡浮石 
  首先在边坡顶坚实土层并排打入深度不小于2m的2根φ48钢管,外露约1m;然后在钢管外露部分用直径不小于1cm的麻绳与钢管附近的大树绑扎连接;最后,施工人员配戴齐安全帽、安全带等劳保用品,安全带另一端用麻绳与外露的钢管固定连接可靠牢固,施工人员利用吊绳自上而下清理浮石、浮土。 
  2、测量放线 
  放线测量确定锚杆孔位,孔位偏差小于0.3m,尽可能在低凹处选定锚杆孔位:对非低四处或不能满足系统安装后紧贴坡面要求的位置,应在孔位处凿一深度不小于锚杆外露环套长度的凹坑,尺寸一般为20×20cm: 
  3、锚杆施工 
  1)放线测量确定锚杆孔位(根据地形条件,孔间距可有0.3m的调整量),按设计深度钻凿,锚杆孔并清孔,孔深应比设计锚杆长度长5cm以上,孔径不小于φ42;当受凿岩设备限制时,构成每根锚杆的两股钢绳可分别锚入两个孔径不小于φ35的锚孔内,形成人字形锚杆,两股钢绳间夹角为15°~30°,以达到同样的锚固效果。 
  2)注浆并插入锚杆(锚杆外露环套顶端不能高出地表,且环套段不能注浆,以确保支撑绳张拉后尽可能紧贴地表),采用标号不低于M20的水泥浆,用水灰比0.45~0.50的纯水泥浆,确保浆液饱满,在进行下一道工序前,注浆体养护不少于三天。 
  4、安装纵向支撑绳 
  沿整个坡面先安装纵向φ12支撑绳,先将坡顶处绳头用3个绳卡锁住,然后支撑绳依次穿过坡面纵向同一垂直线位置的钢绳锚杆环套。 
  5、安装横向支撑绳 
  由上至下沿整个坡面安装横向φ16支撑绳,先将绳头一端用3个绳卡锁在钢绳锚杆环套上,然后横向支撑绳从左至右或从右到左依次穿过同一水平标高的钢绳锚杆环套。 
  6、纵横向支撑绳的张拉与锁定 
  纵横向支撑绳整个坡面绳网编著织好后,先对纵向支撑绳由左至右或由右至左,采用小型电动卷扬机进行张拉,每张拉好一根即用绳卡将支撑锁住,纵向支撑绳张拉完后,采用同样方法由上至下逐根张拉横向支撑绳,支撑绳张拉紧后两端各用2~4个(支撑绳长度小于15m时为2个,大于30m时为4个,其间为3个)绳卡与锚杆外露环套固定连接。

1. Removal of Pumice from Slope
Firstly, two 48 steel pipes with a depth of not less than 2 m are penetrated side by side at the top of the slope, and exposed for about 1 m; then, the exposed part of the steel pipe is tied with a hemp rope with a diameter of not less than 1 cm to connect with the big trees near the steel pipe; finally, the constructors wear safety caps, safety belts and other labor protection articles, and the other end of the safety belt is fixed and firmly connected with the exposed steel pipe, so that the constructors can make use of the hemp rope. The suspension rope cleans pumice and soil from top to bottom.
2. Measuring and Setting-out
The location deviation of anchor hole is less than 0.3m. The location of anchor hole should be selected as low as possible. For non-low locations or locations that can not meet the requirements of slope surface after installation of the system, a pit with a depth not less than the length of the exposed ring sleeve of the anchor should be drilled at the location of the hole, and the size is generally 20 *20cm:
3. Bolt construction
1) Setting-out measurement to determine the anchor hole position (according to topographic conditions, the hole spacing can be adjusted by 0.3 m). Drilling according to the design depth, drilling and clearing the hole, the hole depth should be more than 5 cm longer than the design anchor length, and the hole diameter should be no less than 4.2. When restricted by drilling equipment, two steel ropes constituting each anchor rod can be anchored into two anchor holes with a diameter not less than 3.5 to form herringbone anchor rods. The angle between the two strands of steel rope is 15 to 30 degrees to achieve the same anchorage effect.
2) Grouting and inserting the bolt (the top of the bolt exposed ring sleeve can not be higher than the surface, and the ring sleeve can not be grouted to ensure that the supporting rope is as close as possible to the surface after tension), using cement slurry labeled no less than M20 and pure cement slurry with water cement ratio of 0.45 to 0.50 to ensure that the slurry is full, and the grouting body is maintained for not less than three days before the next process.
4. Installation of Longitudinal Support Rope
Longitudinal support rope_12 is installed along the whole slope. First, the rope head at the top of the slope is locked with three ropes, and then the support rope passes through the steel rope anchor ring at the same vertical line position along the slope in turn.
5. Installation of lateral support rope
Install transverse_16 supporting rope from top to bottom along the whole slope. Firstly, one end of the rope is locked on the steel rope anchor ring with three ropes, and then the transverse supporting rope passes through the same horizontal elevation steel rope anchor ring from left to right or from right to left.
6. Tension and Locking of Longitudinal and Transverse Support Ropes
After the whole slope rope net is knitted, the longitudinal support rope is stretched from left to right or from right to left, and a small electric hoist is used. After each rope is stretched, the support rope is locked with a rope clip. After the longitudinal support rope is stretched, the horizontal support rope is stretched from top to bottom by the same method, and the two ends of the support rope are stretched with 2 to 4 (the length of the support rope is small). There are two at 15:00, four at more than 30 meters, and three at the same time) the rope clamp is fixed with the exposed ring of the anchor rod.
